Our Founders
Julie Hunkapiller, PhD. and Ed O’Neil, PhD have over fifty years of experience in providing leadership and organizational development resources for the biopharma and biomedical communities. The work began with Ed’s tenure at UCSF and his Center for the Health Professions, continued for the past fifteen years with O’Neil & Associates and has recently been offered through Hunkapiller & O’Neil Advisors. Julie brings over ten years of scientific and leadership experience in biotech having led large cross functional teams and programs across research, development, and informatics. Together they bring deep expertise in science and scientific organizations. Hunkapiller & O’Neil Advisors can provide multiple types of services as well as customized programs.
